Wiese Foundation Personal Data Protection Policy

AUGUSTO N. WIESE FOUNDATION, hereinafter referred to as the FOUNDATION, guarantees the security and confidentiality in the processing of personal and sensitive data provided by its employees, suppliers, clients, and beneficiaries, in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 29733, Personal Data Protection Law, and/or its regulatory, complementary, amending, replacing provisions, and other applicable regulations (hereinafter, the Law).

All information provided to the FOUNDATION by data subjects and/or third parties will be subject to automated processing and incorporated into one or more databases of which the FOUNDATION is the owner and responsible party, in accordance with the terms established by the Law. The FOUNDATION respects the privacy of each individual who provides their personal data through the different points of collection and capture of such information.

The FOUNDATION may transfer information to its parent company or members of the economic group to which it belongs and/or third parties with whom they have contractual relationships, both within and outside the national territory, in which case the data will be stored in the IT systems of any of them. In such cases, the FOUNDATION guarantees the maintenance of confidentiality and the secure processing of information. The use of information by the aforementioned companies will be limited to the purposes contained in this document.

The FOUNDATION’s privacy policy ensures that data subjects have the right, at any time, to exercise their rights to information, access, updating, inclusion, correction, deletion or cancellation, objection, objective processing, the right to protection, and to be compensated in case of any harm resulting from the FOUNDATION’s noncompliance with the Law. Furthermore, data subjects may revoke their consent under the terms established in the Law.

The FOUNDATION declares that it has adopted the necessary security levels for the protection of personal data by implementing all means and adopting all technical, organizational, and legal measures within its reach to guarantee security and prevent alteration, loss, processing, or unauthorized access to personal data, in accordance with the Information Security Directive managed by Personal Data Banks, approved by Directoral Resolution No. 019-2013-JUS/DGPDP.
