Stage 1 – Call for Applications

Periodically, the Entrepreneur Fund launches a nationwide call for applications to select a new portfolio. Once the application deadline has passed, the program team assigns an initial score to each application received based on predefined and standardized criteria. The twenty highest-scoring companies are then invited to present their pitch before a panel of expert judges. This stage concludes with the selection of eight social enterprises that move on to the pre-acceleration phase.

Stage 2 – Benefits Offered During the Pre-Acceleration Stage

The eight organizations selected for this stage benefit from a program of workshops and mentoring. In parallel, each organization undergoes a business and impact analysis, an assessment of its capacity to receive funding, and the preparation of financial projections and an investment memorandum to be presented to the Entrepreneur Fund’s investment committee.

Stage 3 – Benefits Offered During the Acceleration Stage

Following the due diligence process, the finalist companies are presented to the Entrepreneur Fund’s investment committee, which evaluates their business and impact potential and selects four to join the portfolio and begin the acceleration stage. Portfolio companies receive direct funding of up to S/. 150,000, personalized strategic support over approximately 18 months, and training delivered by mentors and program partners.
