Children

In line with its institutional purpose of helping to build Peru with better citizens, children are a strategic audience for the Wiese Foundation. Therefore, throughout the year, the Foundation organizes workshops, events, guided visits and other activities specifically designed for them. The main beneficiaries are children from local communities and those in vulnerable situations.

Local Entrepreneurs

Local entrepreneurs receive free training to improve their small businesses. Additionally, together with the Foundation, they co-organize food and craft fairs, exhibitions, and artistic and audiovisual projects. This allows them to sustainably benefit from tourist visits to El Brujo, while also promoting the preservation of the area's intangible cultural heritage.

Other Initiatives

The Foundation seeks to integrate the nearby town of Magdalena de Cao into the tourist experience of the El Brujo Archaeological Complex. To achieve this, in addition to strengthening the capacities of small tourism-related businesses (such as artisans, restaurants, and transportation services), the Foundation supports various projects aimed at enhancing teaching skills, recovering the area's intangible heritage, beautifying the town, and offering visitors a better experience.
