1. The representative or member of the social enterprise must read the Application Guidelines. 2. After reading the Guidelines, they must: a. Click the “Apply Here” button. b. Create a username and password to access the application form. c. Complete the required questions in the application form. d. Click “Submit Application” upon completion. e. Receive a confirmation email indicating the application was successfully submitted for evaluation. You can save your progress as you complete the form and review and edit it before submission.
