School and Identity Project in Ascope (2022–2024)
More than 260 school leaders and teachers from 14 schools in Ascope strengthened their socio-emotional skills and pedagogical competencies, promoting democratic practices in the classroom and strengthening ties with their educational communities.

Project: Better School Climate, Better Learning (2016 - 2021)
This project contributed to the improvement of the emotional and cognitive climate in order to optimize the teaching processes in public basic education schools in the country. The educational institutions of Pachacamac and Lurín, in the Lima region, were involved. The objective was to promote a positive school climate through values such as respect, empathy, good treatment, and non-violence during pedagogical coexistence.

Educational Quality Project (2009 - 2015)
In response to the 2007 earthquake, Fundación Wiese launched its first educational project in Chincha Baja and Alto Larán. This educational quality program was designed to improve educational standards in the affected region. For six years, the project focused on strengthening local capacities and promoting a more inclusive and effective educational environment.
