Beneficiaries of Wiese Foundation Educational Credits attend Personal Skills Workshop

Thanks to the alliance between the Educational Credit Program of the Wiese Foundation and the Ferreycorp Corporation, a Personal and Professional Development Workshop was held, aimed at SENATI students who are part of the beneficiaries of said program.

The workshop was held on September 06, 07 and 08, at the Ferreycorp facilities, and sought to contribute to training professionals with values, citizen responsibility and committed to the development of their country. Likewise, it was aimed at strengthening their capacities, so that they achieve an ethical and competent profile, whose practices are framed in social responsibility, facilitating them strategies for the development of their employability and their adequate insertion in the labor market.

The contents of the workshop are aimed at developing in future graduates an awareness of the importance of concepts such as values, positive attitude, attitude towards change, employability, leadership and teamwork for every professional.

This workshop was carried out through a fundamentally interactive and fun methodology, aimed at promoting the analysis and solution of practical cases through dialogue, using dynamics and group exercises in which the maximum participation of students is sought through doing, feeling and thinking.
