The Wiese Foundation participated in the Latin American Impact Investment Summit in Quito

On October 03 and 04, the General Manager of the Wiese Foundation, Ingrid Claudet, participated as a speaker at the Latin American Impact Investment Summit in Quito (CLIIQ: NEXUS Latin America Summit), co-organized by IMPAQTO and NEXUS Global. This meeting is considered the most important for the triple impact investment (social, environmental and economic) in the Andean Region, which brings together the most important innovation leaders of the countries of the American continent.

In its second edition, CLIIQ connected entrepreneurs, investors, public innovators, system articulators and the business community interested in endeavor and triple impact investment in the Andean Region.

The event framework is given under the following pillars:

  • Activating triple impact investment in the Andean Region, consolidation and scale.
  • The future of food, gastronomy, technology in agriculture and health.
  • Migration in Latin America and the future of work.
  • Investing in access to energy for all.

At the meeting, Ingrid presented to the Wiese Foundation Entrepreneurial Fund a platform created by the Wiese family to promote social innovation in Peru, which seeks to be the vehicle through which the Wiese family crystallizes its desire to put its businesses and the foundation, jointly, at the service of the most vulnerable.
