The Educational Credit Program organizes the Effective Communication Workshop

On Friday, August 02, the second workshop of «Effective communication: Valuing the Power of my words» was held, aimed at the beneficiaries of the Educational Credit Program of the Wiese Foundation, who study at the different headquarters of SENATI Lima. The workshop was held in the Main Auditorium of Senati, Independencia Headquarters.

The objective of the workshop was for the beneficiaries to identify their style of communication, and based on that recognition they reflect on the development of their attitudes of openness, flexibility and assertiveness in communicating with their surroundings. The event was attended by 39 people, including students and graduates of the different careers of Senati Lima.

The workshop was developed through various game dynamics, which allowed the beneficiaries to participate actively. In these dynamics, it was possible to identify their communication style and from that reflect on their impact on the relationship with their environment. At the end of each dynamics, a space for reflection was opened in which the participants can express their feelings towards the work, voluntarily. Thus, some beneficiaries expressed their gratitude for allowing them to be part of the Educational Credit Program and highlighted the importance of fulfilling the commitments assumed with the Wiese Foundation.
